The trade-off is straightforward: trailers cost several times more, need level ground for setup, and often need water and power on site. If your event is casual or budget is the deciding factor, standard or ADA units serve better. If presentation matters, the trailer earns its price.

Site access drives everything with these units. A restroom trailer is large and heavy, so it needs a firm, reasonably level spot a truck can reach — a driveway, a graded pad, or packed gravel.
